Ko-fi Membership
Thank you so much for donating to our ko-fi membership! Your contribution means SO MUCH to cake and rhiow! Before we proceed, there are a few things you should know about ko-fi memberships!
1. Settings & Billing
- Do you want to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership? You can do so by logging into Ko-fi and visiting this link!
- If you are upgrading or downgrading, it will bill you the full amount and will reset your billing cycle.
- Supporters are charged every 30 days from their first payment, give or take 3-5 days.
2. Rewards
Site Rewards
- You will receive your Bouquet Badge as soon as you pledge!
- Rewards are determined by the calendar month, not by individual billing cycles.
- The Crown Cafe shop cycles it's stock on the 7th day of each new season.
- The Bouquet Badge is permanent even if you discontinue your membership..
Discord Rewards
- You have to attach your discord handle through the discord tab in settings to receive all role and access rewards!
- Rhiow and Cake are always able to be contacted. Rhiow#1395 and Cakepop#2319
Merch Rewards
- Stickers are mailed out in the first week of the following month, arrival times vary depending on where you live.
- Rhiow is the one who handles all of the physical merchandise, any questions, ask her!
3. FAQ
Q: I can't see the Discord channels, what do I do?
A: Go to your settings and add your Discord tag! That should automatically add you to the Ko-fi channels!
Q: I accidentally checked out as a guest, what do I do?
A: No worries! As long as you supplied an active email, you should receive an email that will allow you to hook up your payment to your Ko-fi account. You DO have to do this within 48 hours of making a payment though, so be sure to check!
Q: Do I have to get stickers?
A: Nope, you can opt out of the stickers from the Bouquet tier if you want! However, if you're worried about your address, never fear! Cake and Rhiow will never share it with anyone.
Q: I need to discontinue my membership, will I lose perks for the month?
A: It's possible that Ko-fi might remove you from the Discord channels the moment you end your membership. If this happens, please let Cake or Rhiow know and we will add you back in for the remaining time left in your billing cycle.
Q: Why are rewards handed out the following month?
A: Ko-fi doesn't currently have the ability to standardize billing cycles, so unfortunately your memberships are scattered throughout the month! This was the best solution for the time being, but we're actively looking into alternatives so stay tuned!
Q: I think I paid twice by accident! Help!
A: If you have any sort of question or concern about your payment, please don't hesitate to reach out to us personally!
